Through our work and networking experiences, we engaged with many small to medium enterprise businesses who were not only responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies for their businesses, but were also bogged down with managing their day-to-day administration requirements and doing business errands for their businesses. These tasks had left them with very little time for the crucial tasks such networking for new business, quality control checking and forward planning toward greater success. We observed that these businesses lacked in implementing promotional and marketing initiatives to build a brand presence and good reputation which is essential for business growth.

Also, entrepreneurs, when financially challenged, are unable to afford the employ support staff with the expertise to help them along with their journeys to success. Many also find themselves resistant to take on the commitment to employ a team of staff. It is with this realization, that we identified this need of providing support to such businesses. With my experience in various admin, operational and marketing domains, coupled with Clint’s technical experience working in the audio visual industry, we knew that could fill this gap and provide excellent service to our clients.

As we are entrepreneurs who strive to remain flexible to adapt to changes in the environment and markets, we expect the very same from other entrepreneurs, therefore we are able to tailor any service packages our clients may need, even if the only requirement is sourcing and purchasing to take the load-off clients and, more importantly, save our clients time so that they can be more productive.
